Changed your mind about a purchase? Send us this statement and we confirm it by email.

You can withdraw within 14 days of buying, without giving a reason.
Before the date of your event, we refund the whole amount.
Once your event has started, we refund it less the part of the service already provided.
The money goes back to the card you paid with, within 14 days of your statement.
